Ho telefonato per chiedere se avessero delle calze terapeutiche di un determinato marchio e con arroganza mi hanno risposto che avevano calze terapeutiche di un marchio diverso. Quando ho risposto che avevo già acquistato il marchio da loro proposto e che mi ero trovata male e che per questo motivo volevo cambiare, con una risata ancora più arrogante di prima mi hanno risposto che le calze sono comunque uguali e identiche e mi hanno chiuso il telefono. Che dire, professionalità 0. Che tristezza di personale.
