se non siete li per fare solo macchine e pesi, cercate un'altra palestra in cui potervi allenare in modo più salutare.
non potevo mettere giù un tapettino per fare un minimo di stretching e mobilitazione che ero subito ripreso dal personale che mi faceva togliere.
vietato eseguire esercizi a corpo libero, di allungamento e mobilitazione.
li si fa solo pesi e macchine.
impossible to train properly.
if you are not there to do just machines and weights, look for another gym where you can train in a healthier way.
I could not put down a mat to do a minimum of stretching and mobilization that I was immediately taken up by the staff who made me remove.

The bathrooms and locker rooms are exceptionally tidy. Offering showers and lockers.
The extra classes such as postural gymnastics, pilates, dancing classes and karate. The teachers are qualified professionals
Overall this is the best gym in the Friuli-Venezia Giulia region. I recommend it with all my heart!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ BodyExprim+ is definitely a top notch gym in the FVG region. Everyone is very attentive to the attendee's needs and do their best to help. Even if you do not speak Italian very well, which is my case, they will certainly help you as best as possible. The prices are very affordable and the structure is very modern, with brand new equipment. The owner, Liviu, is also a very charismatic and interactive person. I surely recommend BodyExprim+ to whoever lives or is just passing by in the region and wants to workout.
