★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Delusa dopo essere stata rassicurata che era possibile avere una colorazione grigio-argento!!! invece a lavoro ultimato il colore aveva dei riflessi biondi e in alcuni punti rosa.
Alla mia titubanza sul colore ottenuto è stato risposto che non sempre è possibile prevedere e garantire il colore desiderato ,sarebbe stato più professionale dirlo prima di iniziare !!!
In ogni caso ho pagato quanto pattuito oltre al fatto che secondo loro dovrei ritornare per rifare un altro bagno colore.
Inoltre all'inizio ho notato titubanza da parte dello staff mentre sicurezza da parte di chi poi ha materialmente eseguito il lavoro nonostante le mie raccomandazioni che non volevano assolutamente un colore tendente al giallo !!!! .... ma ahimè dopo 4 ore sono uscita con un colore completamente diverso da quello concordato e tendente al giallo ??
Professionalità zero ....visto che non si sono neanche scusati ??

To my hesitation about the color obtained, it was answered that it is not always possible to predict and guarantee the desired color, it would have been more professional to say it before starting !!!
In any case, I paid the amount agreed in addition to the fact that according to them I should return to redo another color bathroom.
Also at the beginning I noticed hesitation on the part of the staff while safety on the part of those who then physically performed the work despite my recommendations that they absolutely did not want a color tending to yellow !!!! .... but alas after 4 hours I went out with a completely different color from the one agreed and tending to yellow ??
Zero professionalism .... since they didn't even apologize ??

Mi sono trovata benissimo con Italo che gli ha tagliato i capelli mettendoli a loro agio e "sapendoci fare" trasmettendogli serenità.
Torno oggi sempre per il taglio ai due bambini e trovo quel che poi si rivela essere il titolare..... persona molto poco paziente e professionale dato che mi ha lasciato il piccolo di 18 mesi con mezzo taglio di capelli.... non vi dico come è uscito da lì!!!!
Ha detto che "il bambino deve essere convinto di tagliare i capelli e stare fermo, io ho meglio da fare che tagliare i capelli ai bambini... lo faccio solo per cortesia" (cortesia da 12€)
Quando poi gli ho chiesto di Italo mi risponde "sapeva fare solo i bambini che lo pagavo a fare che non serviva a niente"
Davvero ottimo modo di trattare dipendenti e clienti.... non tornerò di certo!!!
I took my two children aged 1 and 4 months ago.
I had a great time with Italo who cut his hair putting them at ease and "knowing how to do it" giving him serenity.
I always come back today for the cut to the two children and I find what turns out to be the owner ..... a very unprofessional and patient person since he left me the 18 month old baby with a half haircut .... not I tell you how he got out of there !!!!
He said that "the child must be convinced to cut their hair and stay still, I have better things to do than cut the hair of the children ... I do it only out of courtesy" (courtesy of 12 €)
When I then asked him about Italo he replied "he only knew how to do the children I paid him to do, which was useless"
Really great way to treat employees and customers .... I won't be back for sure !!!

Ho fatto il colore ed il taglio e devo dire che la qualità dei prodotti è eccellente e loro sono dei veri professionisti.
Sono stata colpita dalle attenzioni che mi hanno rivolto soprattutto al lavaggio, e nell'asciugatura.
In tanti anni non avevo mai visto un' organizzazione così professionale.
