Elisabetta ci ha seguiti del primo momento tenendoci sempre aggiornati sulle diverse opzioni e possibilita', inoltre lei ed il suo team si sono prodigati nel risolvere diversi problemi sopraggiunti negli ultimi istanti prima della partenza.
Per concludere, il cane e' arrivato a destinazione in perfette condizioni.

Professional and helpful team. They organized the transport of our dog with intercontinental travel with three weeks notice and in a historical period in which flights are confirmed and canceled a moment later.
Elisabetta followed us from the first moment, always keeping us updated on the different options and possibilities, moreover she and her team did their utmost to solve various problems that arose in the last moments before departure.
Finally, the dog arrived at its destination in perfect condition.
