β β β β β Arrivati era tutto chiuso e al telefono non rispondeva nessuno. Avevamo giΓ pagato in anticipo. Per fortuna siamo riusciti a contattare chi di competenza e ci ha detto che il parcheggio era chiuso per Covid e che dovevamo andare a quello di fronte al terminal, inoltre doveva esserci arrivata una mail dove lo dicevano (questa mail Γ¨ arrivata la mattina stessa) per fortuna eravamo arrivati in largo anticipo o avremmo perso lβaereo.
When we got there, everything was closed and no one answered the phone. We had already paid in advance. Luckily we were able to contact whoever was responsible and told us that the car park was closed for Covid and that we had to go to the one in front of the terminal, also an email must have arrived where they said it (this email arrived the same morning) for luckily we had arrived well in advance or we would have missed the plane.

β β β β β Ho acquistato una prenotazione in anticipo mediante Rayanair ma la notifica del parcheggio mi Γ¨ arrivata 4 giorni dopo il mio rientro. Nonostante le numerose chiamate ed email inviate ad easy parking ho dovuto pagare nuovamente il biglietto all'ingresso del parcheggio. Avendo quindi pagato 2 volte per la medesima sosta ho chiesto un rimborso ma nemmeno mi rispondono. Peccato perchΓ© il parcheggio Γ¨ comodo ma il servizio clienti Γ¨ veramente pessimo e materialmente arretrato nel gestire le segnalazioni.
