Professionalità superba, non ci sono dubbi sulla qualità del servizio ricevuto. Ignorate le recensioni negative, sono totalmente fuori contesto: le visite si pagano per ciascuna persona vista, in questo ambito non si danno "occhiate", si eseguono visite, e il lavoro va retribuito. Inoltre, essendo un medico specialista, non è tenuto a visitare al domicilio, per quello esistono le associazioni di volontari per il trasporto dei pazienti fuori casa.
