★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Struttura davvero accogliente, personale di accettazione sempre cordiale e pronto a rispondere ad ogni tipo di richiesta e per ultimi, ma non per importanza, il personale medico, tutti compresi, sono persone eccezionali, di una pazienza infinita e di una professionalità come pochi. Ho conosciuto per caso questo centro e anche se per arrivarci ci impiego tre ore, posso garantire che vale la pena un piccolo viaggio se poi finalmente sto risolvendo i miei problemi di schiena.
Really welcoming structure, reception staff always friendly and ready to respond to any kind of request and last but not least, the medical staff, all included, are exceptional people, of infinite patience and professionalism like few others. I met this center by chance and even if it takes three hours to get there, I can guarantee that it is worth a little trip if I am finally solving my back problems.

Ho conosciuto la realtà grazie ad un’amica che me l’ha consigliata e non posso che esserne entusiasta dall’accoglienza, cordiale e puntuale, alla professionalità del personale sanitario. Una vera punta di diamante. Lo consiglio sicuramente.
The San Rocco clinic was a pleasant discovery for me. I got to know the reality thanks to a friend who recommended it to me and I can only be enthusiastic about the welcome, cordial and punctual, to the professionalism of the healthcare staff. A real spearhead. Definitely recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Da qualche mese sono in cura presso il poliambulatorio San Rocco e mi trovo benissimo, mi hanno curato e rassicurato .Il Dottor Tabaracci è un medico attento e capace e così tutti i suoi collaboratori che stimo e apprezzo.Consiglio vivamente questa clinica ! Siete meravigliosi!
For some months I have been under treatment at the San Rocco polyclinic and I feel great, they treated and reassured me. Doctor Tabaracci is an attentive and capable doctor and so are all his collaborators whom I respect and appreciate. I highly recommend this clinic! You're wonderful!

Martedì mi reco presso il Poliambulatorio per un esame delle urine di mio figlio;pago il dovuto e fin qui tutto bene.
Il giorno successivo mi contattano dicendomi che il flacone delle urine andato PERSO???!!!
Quindi ci siamo ripresentati il giovedì per ripetere l'esame (altro giorno di lavoro perso,altro ritardo a scuola per mio figlio...),ma il giovedì la procedura di accettazione è completamente diversa...ci hanno fatto compilare diversi moduli che martedì non ci avevano chiesto,quindi sono andate perse le urine o ci sono stati errori durante l'accettazione???
L'ambiente è curato e le infermiere molto gentili per cui do 1 stella ma per professionalità e organizzazione non ci siamo.
Very bad experience:
On Tuesday I go to the Outpatient Clinic for a urinalysis of my son; I pay the due and so far so good.
The next day they contact me telling me that the urine bottle is LOST ??? !!!
So we went back on Thursday to retake the exam (another lost work day, another delay to school for my son ...), but on Thursday the acceptance procedure is completely different ... they made us fill out several forms which on Tuesday they did not ask us, so the urine was lost or there were errors during the acceptance ???
The environment is well cared for and the nurses are very kind so I give 1 star but for professionalism and organization we are not there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Da diversi mesi frequento per problemi di salute questo Poliambulatorio, dove mi trovo molto bene, vengo seguito con cura ed attenzione. Mi è stato proposto un percorso di potenziamento e prevenzione con ozonoterapia ed autoemotrasfusione. Sono soddisfatto davvero, mi sento in forza, non ho più la stanchezza che mi infastidiva tanto e riduceva le mia attività. Il personale è sempre gentile, disponibile ed attento alle diverse esigenze di tante persone, sofferenti e bisognose di cura ed attenzione. Grazie a tutti.
For several months I have been attending this Outpatient Clinic for health problems, where I feel very well, I am followed with care and attention. I was offered a path of strengthening and prevention with ozone therapy and autohemotransfusion. I am really satisfied, I feel strong, I no longer have the tiredness that bothered me so much and reduced my activities. The staff is always polite, helpful and attentive to the different needs of many people, suffering and in need of care and attention. Thank you all.
