Abbiamo degustato prodotti della cucina tipica Murgiana e alcuni ottimo vini della tenuta, fra cui spiccano il Pietrabianca e il Bocca di Lupo. Per concludere, una piacevole e spensierata giornata di cultura enogastronomica in una cornice naturale di vigneti ordinati e silenti.
