★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprato casa da questa impresa, poco più di due anni fa, ristrutturazione quasi totale di un fabbricato già esistente.
Lascio da parte tutte le problematiche create in fase di costruzione da questa impresa e, mi limito ai problemi più grandi.
Dopo 9 mesi entrava acqua dal tetto (difettosa coibentazione), siamo stati costretti a fare intervenire un avvocato visto che non c'erano risposte da parte dell'impresario dopo varie telefonate e mail.
Dopo vari mesi e soldi spesi per avvocato e quant'altro sono venuti a riparare il danno creato in fase di realizzazione.
Ad agosto dello scorso anno dopo una pioggia battente, si è bagnato il muro di una camera, anche qui telefonate, mail, ma nessuna risposta.
Così ho interpellato nuovamente l'avvocato che ha mandato una lettera per sollecitare una visita del danno.
Sono venuti due giorni dopo dicendomi che avrebbero risolto il problema in poco tempo, era molto prima di Natale, sto ancora aspettando nonostante varie telefonate e mail senza risposte.
In conclusione dico che da questi signori con il senno di poi, non mi farei costruire neanche la cuccia del cane.
 Bought a house from this company, just over two years ago, almost total renovation of an existing building.
I leave aside all the problems created during the construction phase by this company and, I limit myself to the bigger problems.
After 9 months water came in from the roof (defective insulation), we were forced to call in a lawyer as there were no answers from the contractor after several phone calls and emails.
After several months and money spent on a lawyer and so on, they came to repair the damage created during the construction phase.
In August of last year, after a pouring rain, the wall of a room got wet, again phone calls, emails, but no answer.
So I again contacted the lawyer who sent a letter to request a visit of the damage.
They came two days later telling me they would solve the problem in no time, it was long before Christmas, I'm still waiting despite several phone calls and emails with no answers.
In conclusion I say that these gentlemen with hindsight, I would not even build the dog's kennel.
