★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi dispiace dirlo ma alla terza volta ho avuto la conferma. In questa filiale c'è poca privacy e gli operatori si lamentano ogni volta del sistema o della connessione lenta. Ho chiesto di passare il conto in hello Bank e mi hanno liquidato semplicemente dicendomi che posso fare tutto on line. Cosa non vera perché quelli di hello Bank mi hanno detto che posso farlo soltanto in filiale. Poca professionalità.
I'm sorry to say but the third time I got confirmation. In this branch there is little privacy and operators complain every time about the system or slow connection. I asked to switch my account to hello Bank and they just liquidated me by saying that I can do everything online. Which is not true because those at Hello Bank told me that I can only do it in the branch. Little professionalism.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ci siamo recati presso la filiale di noicattaro per la richiesta del mutuo, ci hanno fatto andare 3 volte con tutti i documenti, ci è stato detto che saremmo stati ricontattati cosa che non è avvenuta, abbiamo quindi cercato di contattarli noi ma su 4 contatti telefonici risultavano tutti irraggiungibili. La conclusione è stata cambiare banca.
Abbiamo trovato solo incompetenza, non sono neanche stati capaci di leggere i documenti che avevano chiesto.
We went to the noicattaro branch for the mortgage request, they made us go 3 times with all the documents, we were told that we would be contacted again which did not happen, so we tried to contact them but on 4 telephone contacts they were all unreachable. The conclusion was to change banks.
We found only incompetence, they weren't even able to read the documents they asked for.
