★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale lento e incasinato. Certe regole su modi di operare fuori dal mondo. Tipica organizzazione che rende complicate le operazioni più semplici. Non in linea con altre agenzie Intesa. Operatori impreparati.
 Slow and messy staff. Certain rules on ways to operate outside the world. Typical organization that makes simple operations complicated. Not in line with other Intesa agencies. Unprepared operators.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oggi 16 agosto ore 11 entro in Banca e scopro di avere 35 minuti di attesa...e fin qui niente di strano. L'assurdo è che dopo 5 minuti l'unica cassa esistente nella filiale chiude per 15 minuti di pausa dell'impiegato senza essere sostituito. Il direttore dopo le nostre rimostranze ci chiama nel suo ufficio per spiegarci che quando l'impiegato va in pausa non può essere sostituito per non perdere tempo..Non ho parole!! Penso cambierò banca...
Today 16 August at 11 am I enter the Bank and I discover I have 35 minutes of waiting ... and so far nothing strange. The absurdity is that after 5 minutes the only cash desk in the branch closes for a 15 minute employee break without being replaced. The manager after our complaints calls us in his office to explain that when the employee goes on break he cannot be replaced so as not to waste time .. I have no words! I think I'll change banks ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ma lavorano??? No, perché sono giorni che chiamo, sia al mattino che al pomeriggio e non risponde mai nessuno!!! Come si fa a prendere appuntamento se non rispondono nemmeno al telefono??? Vergogna!!!
But do they work ??? No, because I have been calling for days, both in the morning and in the afternoon and nobody ever answers !!! How do you make an appointment if they don't even answer the phone ??? Shame!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho subito una truffa da parte di un correntista di questa Banca. Dopo aver inviato a mezzo PEC la denuncia fatta alla Autorità di PS e chiesto di non accreditare la somma, a distanza di 11 giorni non ho ricevuto alcun riscontro. Comportamento pessimo.
I suffered a scam by an account holder of this bank. After having sent the complaint made to the PS Authority by certified e-mail and asked not to credit the sum, after 11 days I have not received any feedback. Bad behavior.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ogni volta che devo venire in banca, perdo un'ora di tempo... quando riesco ad entrare vista la coda davanti alla porta. Se ci si riesce a sbrigare con le macchine bene, ma se si ha bisogno del personale l' attesa è allucinante. Potessi farne a meno molto volentieri. Comode le macchinette fuori per poter versare anche quando a banca è chiusa. Dentro solo una cassa con persona fisica ....inconcepibile in una banca così grande.
Every time I have to come to the bank, I waste an hour of time ... when I manage to enter the queue at the door. If you can manage with the machines well, but if you need the staff the wait is hallucinating. I could very gladly do without it. Convenient machines outside to be able to pay even when the bank is closed. Inside only a cashier with a natural person .... inconceivable in such a large bank.
