★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima esperienza. Non si può parlare con loro perché non ti fanno il numero di Ragusa ma sei costretto a contattare il n verde che comunque non risolve nulla. inoltre sono scorbutici e poco trasparenti nelle informazioni. Da evitare come la peste.
Bad experience. You cannot speak to them because they do not give you the Ragusa number but you are forced to contact the green number which in any case does not solve anything. they are also grumpy and not very transparent in information. To be avoided like the plague.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Banca poco funzionale; Chiedi al servizio telefonico se fanno surroghe per immobili in edilizia agevolata. Dicono di si e ti programmano appuntamento col direttore. Il direttore incarica una impiegata di vagliare l'atto di mutuo(15 min). Dopo averlo vagliato mi porta dal direttore, il quale mi dice che non fanno mutui per case in edilizia agevolata.
Dico io se e' una regola perche' non lo sanno al call center?
Risparmiate tempo...Meglio una banca online senza filiali. Hanno regole piu' precise e persone molto piu' professionali anche perche' registrano tutte le chiamate.

The director hires an employee to screen the mortgage deed (15 min). After having examined it, he takes me to the director, who tells me that they don't make mortgages for houses in subsidized construction.
I'll tell you if it's a rule because they don't know at the call center?
Save time ... Better an online bank without branches. They have more precise rules and much more professional people also because they record all calls.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo essere stato correntista per 5 anni, il mio giudizio è assolutamente negativo per la pessima gestione della clientela privata, sopratutto nella disposizione di un'operazione semplicissima, quale ad esempio la chiusura del c/c. Come se non bastasse, gentilezza e cortesia non sono di casa nella filiale BNL di Ragusa. Poi se avete necessità di un'informazione veloce, mettetevi l'anima in pace perché è' impossibile contattare telefonicamente la filiale (non hanno numero telefonico fisso) e prima di recarvi in filiale non dimenticate di fissare un appuntamento (sempre se avete il numero aziendale del consulente dedicato). BNL filiale di Ragusa... se la conosci la eviti!
After being a current account holder for 5 years, my opinion is absolutely negative for the poor management of private customers, especially in the provision of a very simple operation, such as the closure of the current account. As if that were not enough, kindness and courtesy are not at home in the BNL branch in Ragusa. Then if you need a quick information, put your soul in peace because it is impossible to contact the branch by phone (they have no fixed telephone number) and before going to the branch do not forget to make an appointment (always if you have the company number of the dedicated consultant). BNL branch of Ragusa ... if you know it, you avoid it!
