Il personale allo sportello gentile e cordiale ma la direttrice non è affatto alla portata della cortesia degli operatori. Per niente accogliente, per niente disponibile,presuntuosa e scortese con il cliente . Scapperemo presto da questa banca per la sua scortesia. I would give more but my last experience was bad. The staff at the counter polite and friendly but the manager is not at all within the reach of the courtesy of the operators. Not at all welcoming, not at all helpful, presumptuous and rude to the customer. We will soon be running away from this bank for its rudeness.
