★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Agenzia presente a Prato solo da qualche anno (è l'ultima nata). Facilità di parcheggio in zona, bancomat interni per prelievi, versamenti ed operazioni varie ma non ci sono servizi di sportello. Personale squisitamente gentile, disponibile e preparato. Io qui ho un conto ed ho fatto la surroga del mio mutuo, adeguandolo ai tassi del momento. Proprio un bel risparmio! L'operazione è stata gestita in maniera rapida ed efficace. Quattro stelline solo per la mancanza dei servizi di sportello.
Agency present in Prato only for a few years (it is the latest born). Easy parking in the area, internal ATMs for withdrawals, deposits and various operations but there are no counter services. Exquisitely kind, helpful and prepared staff. Here I have an account and I subrogated my mortgage, adjusting it to the current rates. Just a nice savings! The operation was managed quickly and effectively. Four little stars just for the lack of counter services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ appena entrato mi hanno accolto , ma appena inizio a spiegare ciò di cui avevo bisogno senza farmi finire il discorso vengo interrotto dall'impiegata dicendomi che dovrei rivolgermi alla filiale nella quale ho il conto corrente.... bèh .... che dire , sono rimasto davvero esterefatto e deluso dalla scarsa professionalità adottata in questa circostanza! comunque alla fine ho ottenuto ciò che avevo bisogno ... non è la prima volta che incontro problemi analoghi , e sono sempre più convinto di chiudere i rapporti con bnl e cambiare filiale ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un mese dopo la chiusura del conto corrente mi sono accorta che il conto risulta sempre attivo. Ho contattato la banca tramite email, telefonicamente, tramite la pec, sia agenzia sia il numero 060060 di Roma e non sono riuscita ad avere un colloquio con una persona competente. Ad oggi sono passati 5 mesi dalla chiusura del conto corrente ma in realtà è sempre attivo e in più sta crescendo il debito per la gestione del conto!!! Volevo parlarle con il direttore della filiale, ma purtroppo in questa filiale il direttore non esiste!!! Mi cadono le braccia, non so come fare.
