Very very NEGATIVE experience. Telephone contacts, practically non-existent. I went for a bank transfer, asking for help on certain passages, very very rude, rude and not at all available lady. Consequence !!!! Immediate closure of all relationships.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gruppo bancario solido. Servizio nella norma, tempi di attesa lunghi. C'è molta rotazione di personale, quindi non affezzionatevi né alle persone né alla qualità di servizio che una persona, o consulente, è in grado di offrirvi perché intanto ve lo cambieranno. Personale capace sui servizi standard, ma un po' meno su servizi particolari o convenzioni fuori dalla norma.
Solid banking group. Normal service, long waiting times. There is a lot of staff rotation, so don't get attached to either the people or the quality of service that a person, or consultant, is able to offer you because they will change it in the meantime. Staff capable on standard services, but a little less on particular services or out-of-the-ordinary conventions.

La cosa più fastidiosa è l'impossibilità di contattare la banca telefonicamente, salvo attendere a linea quasi mezz'ora per poi parlare con una sbrigativa signora dal marcato accento romanesco che, per fissare un appuntamento con la filiale di Udine, ti chiede tutti i fatti tuoi (numero conto, codice cliente, data e luogo di nascita, numero di cellulare). No, non va bene.

The most annoying thing is the impossibility of contacting the bank by phone, except waiting for almost half an hour on the line and then talking to a hasty lady with a marked Roman accent who, to make an appointment with the Udine branch, asks you for all the facts your (account number, customer number, date and place of birth, mobile number). No, that's not good.

Bad service, branch impossible to reach by phone, few operators, queues at the counters. They don't issue home banking to me. A total disaster. Old bank with poor services across the board
