Talvolta non vengono recepite dagli uffici BNL a cui loro le inoltrano; e anche se poi chiedete spiegazioni alla filiale perchè non riscontare alcun addebito in conto corrente, non vi fanno sapere nulla in tempi utili (e i problemi con chi doveva ricevere il vostro pagamento rimangono a voi...)
Beware of current account payment requests that you send to this branch. Sometimes they are not received by the BNL offices to which they forward them; and even if you then ask the branch for explanations why not to charge any current account charges, they do not let you know anything in good time (and the problems with who was to receive your payment remain with you ...)
