★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho preso un appuntamento per richiedere informazioni su mutuo prima casa e sono stato accolto dal direttore in persona, con fare scocciato, esordendo che aveva da fare e andava di fretta(non sapeva nemmeno chi fossi). Ho iniziato a fare delle domande e ho notato che l'arroganza persisteva al che mi sono alzato e sono uscito. Pessima esperienza.
I made an appointment to request information about my first home loan and was greeted by the director in person, annoyed, making his debut and he was in a hurry (he didn't even know who I was). I started asking questions and noticed that the arrogance persisted to which I got up and left. Very bad experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sgarbati, arroganti, perfino di fronte alla richiesta di effettuare una surroga presso la loro banca, quindi con possibilità di acquisizione di un nuovo cliente, si dimostrano supponenti e ti trattano alla stregua di un accattone.
Rimango basito di fronte a tanta indifferenza e superficialità, peraltro avevamo appuntamento e non siamo stati accolti da nessuno,per farci notare abbiamo dovuto recarci noi in uno dei box del personale! A mai più rivederci.
