★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una banca simile non l ho mai vista. Incompetenza in primis....e per ciò che riguarda cc e mutui è meglio scappare. Una filiale praticamente fantasma.
 I have never seen such a bank. Incompetence first of all .... and for what concerns cc and mortgages it is better to escape. A practically ghost branch.

È da dicembre che provo a chiudere il conto aperto presso la loro filiale ma continuano a rimbalzarmi tra i loro colleghi del servervizio web e quelli della filiale . Siamo alla follia

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima esperienza. È la banca della mamma e mi han fatto andare 4 volte per attivarmi il servizio banca telefonica in qualità di procuratrice. Riscontrato che non si abilitava, la responsabile si è riservata di chiamarmi al cell il giorno dopo, ma passata inutilmente 1 settimana son dovuta ritornare io. Vedendomi dall' uff aperto , non mi ha ricevuta (dicendomi che era al telefono), ha chiamato un collega e qs mi ha riferito che:" il servizio non è più disponibile". Ovviamente non si è scusata.
Very bad experience. It's the mother's bank and they made me go 4 times to activate the telephone banking service as an agent. Found to be unlicensed, the manager reserved the right to call me at the cell the next day, but 1 week passed needlessly I had to return. Seeing me from the office open, he didn't receive me (telling me he was on the phone), he called a colleague and qs told me that "the service is no longer available". Obviously she didn't apologize.

Impossibile parlare con la filiale, il numero unico afferma cose che poi in filiale non risultano "magicamente" piu, facendo solo perdere tempo ai clienti.
Vergognatevi.
Pessimi.
A bunch of incompetents.
Impossible to talk to the branch, the single number states things that are not "magically" anymore in the branch, only wasting time for customers.
Shame on you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza pessima. Maleducati, incompetenti, tempi di attesa per una risposta telefonica infiniti. E la buffonata è che non hanno il bagno x i clienti. Un cliente secondo loro dovrebbe fare i propri bisogni davanti allo sportello???????
Bad experience. Rude, incompetent, endless waiting times for a telephone answer. And the antics is that they don't have a bathroom for customers. According to them, a customer should do their business in front of the counter ???????
