★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho aperto il conto qui perché era la banca più vicina a casa ed economica nel canone annuo. Poi hanno deciso, non si sa perché, di chiudere gli sportelli e lasciare operativo solo l’ATM. Beh da quel giorno è stato un incubo. Oltre a non avere più i giusti servizi bancari ci troviamo una volta su due ad avere il prelievo fuori servizio, e come se non bastasse la banca non ti tutela da questo disagio che ti crea e se vai a prelevare alla BCC che è la più vicina in questo caso, paghi la commissione. È veramente assurdo che succeda questo. Tra l’altro non c’è un’altra BNL nel raggio di 10km minimo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi è capitato più volte di trovare il bancomat fuori servizio, vedendomi costretto a prelevare da un’altra parte pagando chiaramente la commissione. Può succedere non dico di no, ma qui in zona questa è l’unica banca bnl. Hanno tolto gli sportelli quindi per varie operazioni bisogna recarsi in altre filiali a circa 10km di distanza. Sono un pò deluso.

It can happen I don't say no, but here in the area this is the only BNL bank. They removed the doors so for various operations you have to go to other branches about 10km away.
