★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Presso l'agenzia ove sono stato ad esclusione del signore alla cassa che è veramente gentile cortese ma gli altri impiegati compresa la direttrice sono inqualificabili in quanto entrati alle 08:30 alle 08:36 stavano già uscendo per andare a prendere il caffè tutti insieme lasciando da solo il cassiere, preciso che al pubblico questo istituto di credito apre alle 08:35.
La cosa che più mi ha colpito è che la direttrice con gli altri impiegati sono tornati dopo ben 40 minuti tempo che ho dovuto aspettare perché lamia operazione necessitava del visto della direttrice e qundi pur essendo il primo cliente di quel giorno mi ha fatto perdere quasi un'ora del mio tempo e senza neanche chiedere scusa quando è rientrata.
Veramente pessima
At the agency where I was with the exception of the gentleman at the cashier who is really polite courteous but the other employees including the manager are unspeakable as they entered at 08:30 to 08:36 they were already leaving to go for coffee all together leaving alone the cashier, I specify that to the public this credit institution opens at 08:35.
The thing that struck me most is that the manager with the other employees returned after 40 minutes of time that I had to wait because my operation needed a visa from the director and so despite being the first customer of that day it made me lose almost a 'time of my time and without even apologizing when she returned.
