Counter clerk definitely sour for no reason. Another employee, on the other hand, seemed polite, but still I value the service received and the manners.

Sono cliente purtroppo da 14 anni....e mi ritrovo a voler cambiare istituto bancario a causa del servizio insoddisfacente della filiale di Castromediano con cui mi interfaccio. Sono fermamente convinta che la buona gestione dipenda dai direttori, cosi come la mal gestione (come in questo caso). Purtroppo male organizzati!
My experience? Slack. Unfortunately, I have been a customer for 14 years .... and I find myself wanting to change banking because of the unsatisfactory service of the Castromediano branch with which I interface. I firmly believe that good management depends on the directors, as well as poor management (as in this case). Unfortunately badly organized!
