★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il proprietario del negozio è un ragazzo veramente bello, mi ha aiutato quando ho perso le chiavi della mia busa, mi ha permesso di memorizzare la mia bici e la marcia per diversi giorni mentre un set di chiavi di sostituzione è venuto dal Regno Unito.
Non avrebbe accettato alcun pagamento, primo uomo. Consiglio vivamente questo negozio - servizio eccellente. (Biker molto felice da Liverpool).
Spero che il mio italiano sia ok!!..
The shop owner is a really nice guy, he helped me when I lost my busa keys, he allowed me to store my bike and gear for several days while a set of replacement keys came from the UK.
He would not accept any payment, first man. I highly recommend this store - excellent service. (Biker very happy from Liverpool).
I hope my Italian is ok !! ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se volete comprarci un mezzo nuovo OK ma per l'assistenza recatevi altrove. Male l'organizzazione, male le spiegazioni al cliente. Pensano sempre di parlare a chi non se ne capisce o a chi non sa pensando di far bella figura. Non lo consiglio, non ci andrò mai più e consiglio a tutti voi di evitarlo...magari si potesse dare 0 stelle.
If you want to buy us a new vehicle OK but for assistance go elsewhere. Bad organization, bad customer explanations. They always think of talking to those who do not understand or those who do not know how to look good. I do not recommend it, I will never go again and I advise you all to avoid it ... maybe you could give 0 stars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza limitata in quanto al telefono ci avevano detto che l'apertura era alle 15 ma una volta arrivati lì abbiamo trovato un cartello che si apriva alle 15:30 e non potendo aspettare fuori mezz'ora ce ne siamo andati. Meglio evitare di andare con l'auto perché il parcheggio è letteralmente impossibile da trovare.
Limited experience as on the phone we were told that the opening was at 3pm but once we got there we found a sign that opened at 3.30pm and not being able to wait outside for half an hour we left. Better to avoid going by car because parking is literally impossible to find.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La migliore officina di Genova. possiedo una yamaha wr 125 x che mi è stata rubata ad ottobre scorso per poi essere stata ritrovata fortunatamente. Era ridotta malissimo dopo il furto ma grazie a BMX moto è ritornata come nuova. Educati e disponibili sempre. La consiglio a tutti
The best workshop in Genoa. I own a yamaha wr 125 x which was stolen from me last october and then fortunately was found again. It was badly reduced after the theft but thanks to BMX bikes it is back like new. Polite and always available. I recommend it to everyone

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Daniele is the best! My Yamaha broke down and I had to go back home to Germany. Daniele instantly took care, even thou they seemed very busy. He instantly knew what is wrong. It took three hours and they charged only 140 Euro, I was amazed about the expertise, friendliness and the good price. Mille grazie!
