P	Pino Fiorentino on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono recato presso la loro sede per chiedere il costo di un tagliando per la mia vecchia bmw e ho avuto il piacere e l'onore di conoscere (non voglio scadere in frasi retoriche) il capo officina Alfredo Di Donato, persona competente e sensibile, il quale ha fatto eseguire dai suoi validissimi collaboratori tutto ciò che avevo richiesto e anche di più! Sicuramente il reparto commerciale non sarà da meno (vista la qualità dell'officina) e mi riprometto in futuro di servirmi da loro. Ho acquistato la mia moto a maggio, con consegna prevista a settembre, ma con grande sorpresa mi è stata consegnata a luglio. Una menzione particolare ad Angelo ed Antonio che mi hanno supportato dall'acquisto fino al processo di manutenzione. Consigliato! Notable shopping experience. M	MARCO DI MAIO on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non mi recherò mai più in questa concessionaria e non la consiglieró a nessuno dei miei conoscenti. Ne farò anche cattiva pubblicità per il trattamento ricevuto. Ho acquistato la moto ad ottobre e da subito ha presentato problemi. Ai miei reclami non hanno saputo darmi spiegazioni plausibili e nemmeno il giusto supporto. Sono rimasto in panne più volte e l’unica soluzione è sempre stata quella di chiamare il carro attrezzi. Ogni volta mi assicuravano di aver risolto il problema dicendomi di aver effettuato aggiornamenti alla centralina o aver sostituito qualche pezzo ma puntualmente si ripresentava il problema. Hanno dimostrato di non essere professionali, sono stati scorretti nelle procedure e hanno mostrato anche maleducazione nei confronti del mio avvocato che ha presentato un esposto nei loro confronti dato che hanno trattenuto la mia moto per svariati mesi. Al momento mi ritrovo a pagare le rate del finanziamento senza poter usufruire della moto. Inoltre non si sono nemmeno degnati di dare al mio avvocato una risposta. Ormai la data d’udienza è stata fissata e spero soltanto che la giustizia faccia il suo corso. I will never go to this dealership again and will not recommend it to any of my acquaintances. Each time they assured me that they had solved the problem by telling me that they had made updates to the control unit or had replaced some parts but the problem promptly reappeared. They proved to be unprofessional, they were unfair in their procedures and they also showed rudeness towards my lawyer who filed a complaint against them as they held my bike for several months. At the moment I find myself paying the loan installments without being able to use the bike. They also didn't even bother to give my lawyer an answer. By now the hearing date has been set and I only hope that justice takes its course.
