AND FOR 1 YEAR I HAVE BEEN ASKING FOR A COPY OF THE DIPLOMA, SEND MAIL AND PEC, BUT NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE ... USELESS!

we pay the fee for the release of the qualification we send paid bulletin registered with return receipt on August 10th today is March 23rd and I'm still waiting, I am forced to put 1 star but they deserve the negative stars
