Bad service, disorganized and the manager is very rude! I have been there three times, to get a registered letter (sent by the municipality) that they could not find.

Spedito pacco in data 20 Dicembre 2017 ad oggi 28 Marzo 2018 ancora nessuna notizia del pacco. Dopo continue chiamate, che loro sbolognavano dando colpa a UPS, vengo a conoscenza che il pacco è stato perduto, il rimborso? è un continuo "mi informo" , "le facciamo sapere", non ci si comporta così! PESSIMO, SCONSIGLIATISSIMO!!

Parcel sent on 20 December 2017 to today 28 March 2018 still no news of the parcel. After continuous calls, which they were calling out to blame UPS, do I know that the package has been lost, the refund? it is a continuous "I inquire", "let them know", we do not behave like this!
