Al centralino era quasi impossibile parlare con qualcuno che si occupasse di questo. Dopo tanti tentativi siamo riusciti a trovare una PEC e abbiamo scritto. Abbiamo contattato anche l'Associazione dei consumatori. Ma alla fine ce l'hanno rimborsati e abbiamo disdetto l'appuntamento. It took more than a year for us to refund the tickets to Santo Domingo which we did not use due to covid. At the switchboard it was almost impossible to talk to anyone who would take care of this. After many attempts we managed to find a PEC and we wrote. We also contacted the Consumers' Association. But in the end they refunded it and we canceled the appointment.
