Vedere l'alba da lassù, da sopra le nuvole e poi il sole che sorge e illumina tutto di rosso come se la savana fosse infuocata. Incredibile. I portatori e le guide sono state bravissime e pazienti. Ad ogni passo stavano di fianco a me per verificare il mio stato di salute e che tutto fosse fatto in sicurezza. L'esperienza valeva sicuramente ogni singolo centesimo pagato, visto che tutto è filato liscio senza intoppi. I went to the top of Kilimanjaro with them. An experience that changes your life. Il trekking di 4 giorni si è svolto camminando su di una strada forestale immersa nella foresta ad una quota media di 2200 m praticamente senza alcun panorama, con scarsi punti di interesse e con informazioni da parte degli accompagnatori imprecise e contradditorie sui tempi e sui dislivelli. Per fortuna il Buthan è un paese talmente bello che la parte turistica ha un parte mitigato la grande delusione del viaggio.
