Sono stata ieri in negozio alla ricerca di una felpa e appena sono entrata ho alzato subito gli occhi perché c’era la commessa che speravo avessero cacciato (l’avevo vista alcune volte appena il negozio aveva aperto) e fortunatamente non l’avevo più incontrata ( non era in grado di riconoscere le taglie neanche leggendo!!). Comunque, ieri mi reco in negozio e trovo una felpa carina. Decido di comprarla anche perché c’era il cartellino rosso per l’applicazione dello sconto del 30%. Prendo anche un altro completo e mi reco alla cassa. Pago ma non sono convinta ed uscendo guardo lo scontrino: non mi aveva applicato lo sconto (parliamo di meno di 5 euro...)rientro per avvisare la commessa e subito mi dice che probabilmente “la collega nuova” si era sbagliata, controlla allora dal tablet ed effettivamente non era previsto lo sconto. Allora mi dice che l’unica cosa che poteva fare era fare un reso e la cifra che ho pagato potevo utilizzarla per un acquisto futuro...ma...io volevo la felpa anche perché era l’unica felpata e non era sostituibile in quel momento. E la volevo pagare al prezzo scontato altrimenti non li avrei proprio tirati fuori quei soldi. Comunque l’errore ci stà, ma se non mi fossi accorta io dell’errore?...lei non ha nemmeno controllato se il conto era giusto ( non c’era nessuno in negozio, aveva tutto il tempo)...oppure ha fatto finta di niente visto che quando ho iniziato a dirle che “volevo la felpa” ha iniziato ad alzare la voce come sapesse di essere in torto e facendomi passare per una “ poco intelligente “...avrebbe sicuramente fatto più bella figura restituendo i 5 euro. Visto anche gli episodi precedenti con la stessa commessa, mi auguro tanto per il negozio che venga mandata altrove.

Anyway, yesterday I go to the store and find a nice sweatshirt. I also decide to buy it because there was a red card for the 30% discount application. I also take another suit and go to the checkout. I pay but I am not convinced and when I go out I look at the receipt: I had not applied the discount (we are talking about less than 5 euros ...) I return to notify the order and immediately she tells me that probably "the new colleague" was wrong, then check from the tablet and actually there was no discount. So he tells me that the only thing he could do was make a return and the amount I paid I could use it for a future purchase ... but ... I wanted the sweatshirt also because it was the only sweatshirt and it was not replaceable in that moment. And I wanted to pay it at a discounted price otherwise I would not have really taken out that money. Anyway, the mistake is there, but if I hadn't noticed the mistake? ... she didn't even check if the bill was right (there was nobody in the shop, she had all the time) ... or she has pretended nothing since when I started telling her that "I wanted the sweatshirt" she started to raise her voice as if she knew she was wrong and making me go for a "not very smart" ... she would surely have made a better impression by returning the 5 EUR. Seen also the previous episodes with the same order, I hope so much for the shop that is sent elsewhere.
