Tutto questo ad un prezzo ragionevole, soprattutto la commessa è stata molto disponibile, le ho chiesto se per caso avessi dovuto cambiare i regali sarebbe stato un problema, e lei mi ha assicurato che potevo farlo entro 15giorni esibendo soltanto la garanzia all'interno del cofanetto e non era necessario lo scontrino. Così visto che la mia testimone preferiva un'altra cosa, dopo 3 giorni ci siamo recati in negozio e la commessa mi ha detto che non era possibile perché il suo capo le aveva cazziate (testuali parole) e quindi senza scontrino non si può fare. Mi dispiace, non so se sia vero ma comunque per me ha chiuso e facendo così ha perso ben tre clienti. L'anello non andava bene perché nonostante avessi espressamente specificato la misura me ne é stata data una diversa! Al momento del cambio (che l commessa ha più volte detto possibile) mi viene detto che quella misura va ordinata. Una settimana dopo mo richiamano dicendo che la misura non c'e da nessuna parte in Italia e devo cambiare anello. Ne scelgo un altro e si riparte con l'attesa di altri 15 giorni per avere quella misura. Al momento del ritiro mi viene fatta pagare la differenza, chiedo di utilizzare il buono sconto accomulato avendo speso tra tutto 200 euro ma mi viene fatto notare che nessun buono è stato accumulato e che devo aspettare almeno 30 giorni. Pago e completo l'acquisto, pochi secondi dopo arriva il buono chiedo di usarlo ma mi viene detto che ormai avevo già dato i soldi in mano. Got a ring, a necklace and a bracelet as a gift. Sono persone incompetenti nel loro lavoro, al telefono la responsabile è di una maleducazione e soprattutto arroganza indescrivibile, tanto da dare degli ignoranti ai clienti, il tutto per un suo sbaglio in quanto è lei la prima a non essere competente. Per quanto mi riguarda questo negozio per me ha chiuso e se mai dovesse servirmi qualsiasi cosa di sicuro non verrei più qua. If I could, I wouldn't have given a single star.
