Era una mattina feriale molto tranquilla e nel punto vendita c'eravamo solo io e due commesse. Una delle due commesse mi ha rivolto subito la sua disponibilità e alla mia domanda se gli orecchini che stavo visionando erano con zirconi ha spostato il quesito alla collega, che non si è degnata nemmeno di rivolgere lo sguardo né a me né alla sua collega. Non mi è arrivata né minima considerazione né tantomeno una risposta! Peggio per loro, visto che il mio budget di spesa era ragguardevole! Probabilmente non hanno bisogno di vendere. Mia sorella ha acquistato da loro un punto luce in oro con cristalli, praticamente mai usato, a cui sono andati via dei cristalli. La commessa, immagino la medesima che è stata così affabile con me, non ha voluto riconoscere il problema oltretutto con scortesia e arroganza.
