★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho ordinato un bracciale sul sito ufficiale Bluespirit nelle prime settimane di dicembre: dopo qualche giorno arriva la mail di conferma con rispettiva ricevuta di pagamento effettuato e mi reco al negozio dove, come recitava la mail, il bracciale era stato recapitato e pronto per il ritiro. Questo non mi è stato consegnato per un errore del sistema (il bracciale era lì fisicamente ma non potevano consegnarmelo). Vengo invitata a ripassare dopo qualche giorno, ma la situazione è rimasta invariata e non mi hanno consegnato il bracciale neanche questa volta. Qualche giorno dopo ancora mi avvisano di poter ritirare il bracciale, ma per motivi personali mi sono recata al centro soltanto ieri, 15 Gennaio. Il MIO bracciale (già pagato) era stato posto in esposizione, tolto dall'involucro protettivo della confezione.
È stata un'esperienza negativa in cui è emersa l'incapacità di gestire un ritiro presso lo store di un ordine online, cosa che per altri brand è di routine. Inoltre, mi è stato più volte chiesto, in modo fastidioso, se potessi provare che avessi effettivamente pagato il bracciale. Anche in questo caso emerge una poca professionalità.
I ordered a bracelet on the official Bluespirit website in the first weeks of December: after a few days the confirmation e-mail arrives with the respective payment receipt and I go to the shop where, as the e-mail said, the bracelet was delivered and ready for collection . This was not delivered to me due to a system error (the bracelet was there physically but could not deliver it to me). I am invited to come back after a few days, but the situation has not changed and I have not been given the bracelet this time either. A few days later they still warn me that they can pick up the bracelet, but for personal reasons I went to the center only yesterday, January 15th. MY bracelet (already paid) had been placed on display, removed from the protective packaging wrapper.
It was a negative experience that revealed the inability to manage a withdrawal at the store of an online order, something that for other brands is routine. Furthermore, I was repeatedly asked, annoyingly, if I could prove that I had actually paid for the bracelet. Also in this case a little professionalism emerges.
