Il punto vendita è molto ben fornito ma sinceramente non sono mai riuscita a dare un'occhiata alle vetrine perché tutte le volte che "ci provo" non faccio nemmeno in tempo a fermarmi davanti ad una di esse che vengo subito disturbata dalla commessa che cerca di vendermi qualcosa anche se io le ripeto che sto solo occhieggiando. Trovo assurdo assalire i clienti così senza dare loro la possibilità di fare un giro per il negozio in tutta tranquillità. My aunt bought a bracelet in this shop and after three days the pendant broke. No comment. The stuff on AliExpress is more durable. The store is very well stocked but honestly I have never been able to take a look at the windows because every time I "try" I don't even have time to stop in front of one of them that I am immediately disturbed by the saleswoman who tries to sell me something even if I repeat that I'm just eyeing. I find it absurd to attack customers like this without giving them the opportunity to take a stroll around the store in peace.

Chiedo il rimborso, ma dicono che possono solo sostituire articolo. Ok, accetto e la secondo collana si rompe (in ben due punti) dopo nemmeno 3 settimane. Chiamo e mi dicono che se fossi venuta entro 30 giorni dal primo acquisto mi avrebbero restituito i soldi (!) ma ora è troppo tardi. Torno in negozio e mi dicono che mi sono inventata quello che ci siamo dette al telefono con la commessa!!! Quindi anche personale poco preparato. Non consiglio a nessuno. Io di sicuro non ci torno!
