★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vorrei mettere a conoscenza il proprietario che lo staff invece di fare il prezzo ti aggiunge senza chiedere la gameprotection e spese varie che io come cliente non ho chiesto ,l'onesta' e' una cosa la disonesta' un altra ricordiamoci,ci sono andato una volta ma non ci tornero' mai piu.Se un cliente vuole un servizio lo chiede ma non in automatico non prendiamoci in giro.grazie

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nessun commesso si intende di videogiochi, chiedi una cosa e ti guardano con la faccia da pesce lesso. Poco fornito, non hanno mai nulla, è sempre tutto da ordinare.
I giochi nuovi sono già stati aperti dal personale del negozio, che non è molto gentile dal momento che ho telefonato per chiedere un'informazione e mi ha sbattuto il telefono in faccia.
Il disordine fa da padrone, tra le cose in offerta ci sono prodotti vecchissimi addirittura con la polvere, le confezioni rotte o vuote, e i prezzi non convengono per niente.
Giochi che magari hai pagato 50/60€ te li valutano per 5€. Roba da matti!!
Mesi che cercano personale ma non è ancora cambiato nulla.

The new games have already been opened by the store staff, who are not very nice since I rang to ask for information and they slammed the phone in my face.
Clutter is king, among the things on offer there are very old products even with dust, broken or empty packages, and the prices are not convenient at all.
Games that you may have paid € 50/60 will evaluate them for € 5. Crazy stuff!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vendono i giochi senza i giochi, vai a comprare il gioco, vai alla cassa e non c'è l hanno. Hanno la custodia in bella vista ma non hanno il disco. Non ha senso, che lo lo mettono solo quando hanno il gioco disponibile. Ma lasciare il gioco in bella vista senza disco disponibile non ha senso. Sconsigliata perché vendono giochi senza giochi
They sell the games without the games, you go buy the game, go to the cashier and they don't have it. They have the case in plain sight but they don't have the disc. It makes no sense that they only put it on when they have the game available. But leaving the game in plain sight with no disc available makes no sense. Not recommended because they sell games without games

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oggi andiamo in questo negozio,aspettiamo in fila 20 minuti perché si entra per in massimo di 6 persone .. da fuori noto che una signora era lì appoggiata alla cassa parlando con la commessa per un contratto internet di casa. Arriva il nostro turno sto 15 minuti cercando i miei giochi preferiti li trovo e mi avvicino alla cassa .. la signora era sempre lì appoggiata alla cassa io mi metto in fila per la cassa e niente alla fine della fiera la commessa Erika mi a fatto aspettare 20 minuti per un contratto internet e a perso 80 euro di giochi più altri due clienti in fila anno mollato tutto lì e sono andati via... Ragazzi svegliamoci ..

Purtroppo può succedere di dover aspettare in po di più a causa di alcune procedure un po' lunghe,ma basta farsi un giretto e tornare.
Rimane il negozio migliore dove acquistare console e giochi e io ho fatto con loro anche il contratto TIM ti seguono e spiegano molto bene.
