Non sono i 3€ ma il suo comportamento dopo aver speso 30 €nel suo negozio!!! Ma oggi pomeriggio chiamerò la finanza perché nessuno non ha il diritto si sottrarre i soldi a qualcun altro!!! And shameful this place I bought a pendant and after changing my mind about 10 minutes later Mr. changed my bought gift acting badly he kept the difference and kicked my husband out of the shop. It's not € 3 but his behavior after spending € 30 in his shop !!! But this afternoon I'll call finance because no one has the right to steal money from someone else !!!

Ho regalato un braccialetto alla mia ragazza due anni fa e si è rotto 3 volte, per fortuna non lo ha mai perso ma ora non lo mette più per paura di perderlo. Le ho regalato un paio di orecchini a cerchio dal valore di 48 euro ed uno di questi era difettoso, tanto che ora, dopo appena una settimana lo ha perso!!! Ho chiamato la blue point e mi hanno detto che non possono far nulla per dimostrare che era difettoso perché l'ha perso: ma é normale, se ti si rompe un orecchino una collana o un bracciale é normale che lo perdi, non lo perdi se ti succede a casa! Ma con gli orecchini non giri dentro casa! Sconsigliatissimo non ti danno un minimo di garanzia e assistenza, non ci andrò mai più! Ah, mia madre si era comprata un braccialetto con un ciondolo da qui anche..rotto dopo pochi giorni!!! E sono cose che costano eh! Glielo hanno "riparato" semplicemente togliendo l'occhello rotto, stringendo il bracciale e legandolo direttamente al ciondolo. One sucks! Poor materials. It can be as pure silver as you want but they are made to break. I gave my girlfriend a bracelet two years ago and broke it 3 times, luckily she never lost it but now she doesn't lose it anymore for fear of losing it. I gave her a pair of hoop earrings worth 48 euros and one of them was defective, so much so that now, after just a week, she lost it !!! I called the blue point and they told me that they can't do anything to prove that it was defective because they lost it: but it is normal, if you break an earring, a necklace or bracelet is normal and you lose it, you won't lose it if you lose it. happens to you at home! But don't go inside with your earrings! Not recommended they don't give you a minimum of guarantee and assistance, I will never go there again! Ah, my mother had bought a bracelet with a pendant from here also ... broken after a few days !!! And they are things that cost eh! They "repaired" it by simply removing the broken eye, tightening the bracelet and tying it directly to the pendant.

Io avviserei I clienti se c'è stato qualche cambiamento di orario x rispetto delle. Persone che vengono nel vostro negozio e giusto comunica e una questione di rispetto che nn avete! Sn in front of the shop from 9 ..... but still nn opens there sn two signs where it says opening at 9 ... closing in summer Saturday afternoon ... I would advise customers if there has been any change of time x respect of. People who come to your shop and just communicate and a matter of respect you don't have!
I	Irma Cosma on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho acquistato un braccialetto d'argento neanche un mese fa, per poter applicare un ciondolo che mi è stato regalato da mia madre, purtroppo si è spezzato dopo averlo indossato solo 3 volte....... Mi sembra strano così lo riporto e molto carinamente mi viene detto che intanto non lo sostituiscono perché non è difettato ma l'ho rotto io ( assolutamente non vero perché ero seduta quando ho visto il braccialetto rompersi e cadere a terra ) e non possono né rimborsare né farmi cambiare articolo ma eventualmente ripararlo e ovviamente mi dice che sarebbe molto dispendioso. Sono uscita e buttato il braccialetto rotto nella spazzatura. Morale : andate nelle gioiellerie serie, spendete qualcosina in più ma almeno non avrete buttato i vostri soldi...non mi vedranno più!
