Una esperienza decisamente positiva pur trattandosi un momento dolorosamente negativo. Inoltre, per noi è stato molto importante essere sicuri che fossero le sue ceneri... in passato, da altri, non eravamo stati contenti. Grazie. ? PS Gianluca ha applicato una farfalla sull'urna non sapendo che proprio quella mattina una insolita farfalla autunnale si era posata dove di solito stava Camilla❣️ On Friday 9th we brought our little Camilla here who left us after 19 years and 1 month of intense love and we found Gianluca and Mery who treated her and us with tenderness, empathy and professionalism. Locale nuovo, pulitissimo ed ordinatissimo. Prezzi imbattibili. Ho avuto occasione di contattarli in due occasioni diverse per i miei due adorati gatti Pascià e Peppino e non c'è mai stato nulla che abbia stonato nel loro servizio. Quando poi ho saputo che si occupano di progetti dal forte valore sociale ed umano, mi ha fatto ancora più piacere aver contribuito, indirettamente, a questa meravigliosa scelta di vita.

Mery e Gianluca sono due persone meravigliose, il posto pulito e ordinato. Per farvi capire che belle persone sono, nonostante la chiamata al 31 dicembre mattina, ci hanno dato subito la disponibilità ad andare da loro con il nostro piccolino e sono anche riusciti a ridarci le sue ceneri nella stessa giornata, così anche se non in carne e ossa, ma il nostro cucciolo è stato a casa con noi per le feste (meno festose del solito). Li consiglio per i vostri pet che purtroppo vi lasciano. Unfortunately, but also fortunately, we met them for the loss of our cat Poldo. E dover organizzare anche il "dopo di lui" è sicuramente un processo doloroso e per quanto mi riguarda accompagnato dalle lacrime. Li ho contattati la vigilia di Natale e nonostante fosse un giorno particolare, mi hanno ricevuto e con molta pazienza e sensibilità hanno preso in carico il mio piccolo fagotto.
