Non ci hanno mai lasciato soli, ci hanno aiutato a decidere le cose più tristi ed antipatiche con estrema pazienza e tatto e hanno svolto ogni incombenza con competenza e delicatezza estrema. Mia zia è stata truccata e preparata con una cura che ci ha commossi . Ogni dettaglio finemente curato: grafica delle foto, caratteri, libretto, urna contenitiva, marmo. Un grazie particolare va al titolare Antonio per la professionalità, sensibilità d’animo ,cortesia ,rispetto ,educazione e disponibilità che mai e poi mai avremmo pensato di trovare nei confronti della salma e delle persone che accompagnano il proprio caro nel suo ultimo viaggio. They did a very good job with everything. We were on holiday in Italy and my grandpa passed away. He was transferred to San Raffaele hospital in Cassino when he died and thanks to Mr. Antonio my grandpa was cremated as he wished and we could have taken along the cinerary urn to our home country Egypt. Antonio took care for all needed documents. He could clearly and fluently speak English and Arabic. He explained us all details and Italian rules concerning cremation. The employees were very helpful and patient due to the short time of planning. We highly recommend this funeral home. They even offered us a car!
