Hanno guadagnato 1 cliente. Very efficient. They solved a problem with my Tucson in half a day. What the dealer where I bought it has not been able to do in 4 months !! They gained 1 customer.

I went for a quote, replacement LPG donut after 10 years, very kind staff very affordable price compared to others: brought my car in the evening, the day after it was ready ... and note that in the agreed price, they managed to make me stay inside also the review that I should have (paid separately) a special thanks to Antonio exquisite person ..... highly recommended.

Avendo rilevata una segnalazione di presunta allerta per il funzionamento del sistema di assistenza al mantenimento di corsia - riscontratosi invece a punto - alla mia richiesta di verifica, immediatamente il responsabile assistenza, Signor Michael, è intervenuto - con competenza pari alla cortesia - verificandone la funzionalità con il tablet diagnostico e successivamente provando la Tucson su strada. Al momento di saldare quanto dovuto, mi è stato risposto dal Titolare della Concessionaria, che nulla dovevo!! Tempestività e competenza prestate, avrebbero di per sé stesse meritato un plauso - a maggior ragione trovandomi semplicemente di passaggio a Borgomanero senza essere quindi un cliente abituale - ma la gratuità dell'intervento ha vi ha aggiunto ulteriore valore. Un sentito grazie alla Blue Cars e complimenti alla Hyundai, per annoverare nella propria rete di assistenza, concessionari di questo livello. Cordiali saluti. Having detected an alleged alert for the operation of the lane keeping assistance system - which instead came to a point - at my request for verification, immediately the assistance manager, Mr. Michael, intervened - with competence equal to courtesy - verifying its functionality with the diagnostic tablet and then testing the Tucson on the road. When it was time to pay the amount due, I was answered by the owner of the dealership that I owed nothing !! Timeliness and competence provided, would have deserved praise in themselves - all the more so as I was simply passing through Borgomanero without therefore being a regular customer - but the free intervention has added further value. Mi tengono la macchina dalla sera del lunedì alla sera del martedì e dicono di aver risolto il problema. Peccato che già nel ritorno ho riavuto lo stesso problema. Al ricontatto mi dicono di riportare la macchina almeno mezza se non una giornata. Chiamo system gas responsabile di brc nel nord Italia, mi raccomandano Viterbo auto di Novara, vado da loro e mi risolvono il problema in 1 ora. Responso: taratura centralina GPL tutta sballata. Giudicate voi. Ovviamente a me non mi vedranno più. I went to them all hopeful to solve an LPG problem. They keep my car from Monday evening to Tuesday evening and say they have solved the problem. Too bad that already in the return I had the same problem. When I get back in touch they tell me to bring the car back at least half if not a day. I call system gas responsible for brc in northern Italy, they recommend Viterbo auto di Novara to me, I go to them and they solve the problem in 1 hour. Response: LPG control unit calibration completely busted. Judge for yourself. Obviously they won't see me anymore.

Complimenti. Consiglio a tutti. I always go for tires, coupons .. because they are kind, fast, friendly, honest, and attentive to our needs and problems of the car .. from the choice of the car to the purchase they have always been available and still today as then they continue to have that attention that I have not found in others.
