★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprato da loro un'auto a km 0. Dopo poco ho scoperto un'infiltrazione di acqua e dalle verifiche sembra che l'auto sia stata riverniciata prima della vendita. Ad oggi non so ancora cosa sia veramente successo. Sono stato solo sempre attaccato... Quindi non solo probabilmente mi ritrovo un'auto venduta per nuova e forse non lo è ma vengo pure trattato male come cliente (ormai i soldi se li sono presi).
Spedizione del libretto a casa: 25 euro! Nemmeno un pacco assicurato spedito all'estero ha quelle cifre. In ultimo prima dell'acquisto mi avevano offerto un buono da 200 euro da usare per primo tagliando o altro acquisto. Bhe anche su questo hanno ritrattato dicendo che è valido solo per primo tagliando.
Insomma tanto cari e gentili prima della vendita ma dopo professionalità pari a zero e decisamente scortesi. DA EVITARE!!!
I bought a 0 km car from them. After a while I discovered a water infiltration and from the checks it seems that the car was repainted before the sale. To date, I still don't know what really happened. I was just always attacked ... So not only do I probably find myself a car sold for new and maybe it isn't, but I am also treated badly as a customer (now the money is taken).
Shipping of the booklet home: 25 euros! Not even an insured package sent overseas has those figures. Lastly, before the purchase, I was offered a 200 euro voucher to be used for the first coupon or other purchase. Well, even on this they retracted, saying that it is only valid for the first service.
In short, so dear and kind before the sale but after zero professionalism and decidedly rude. TO AVOID !!!
