Ho chiesto un sopralluogo per avere un preventivo circa l'installazione di un TRIAL e dei probabili lavori che avrei dovuto sostenere. Al primo appuntamento fissato, vengo contattato 15 minuti dopo l'orario dell'appuntamento e con delle "scuse" un pò vaghe mi viene detto che "si era confuso con l'orario", ma vabbè, ci passo sopra, può capitare - fissiamo l'appuntamento per il giorno dopo ore 14:30.
Il giorno del sopralluogo, vengo contattato alle 14:59 e mi vengono fornite altre improbabili e penose scuse di ritardo; ovviamente ho annullato tutto e mi sono rivolto a ditte PIU' SERIE. Se prima di un lavoro ci si comporta così, non oso immaginare come possano operare.
RICORDATE CHE IL TEMPO HA UN VALORE E SE NON SI E' IN GRADO O SE NON SI HA LA VOGLIA DI RISPETTARLO, POTETE ANCHE EVITARE DI FAR PERDERE TEMPO ALLA GENTE.

I asked for an inspection to get a quote about the installation of a TRIAL and the probable jobs that I should have supported. At the first fixed appointment, I am contacted 15 minutes after the appointment time and with some "apologies" a little vague I am told that "he was confused with the timetable", but oh well, I step on it, it can happen - we fix the appointment for the next day at 14:30.
On the day of the inspection, I am contacted at 2.59 pm and I am given other unlikely and painful excuses of delay; obviously I canceled everything and I turned to MORE SERIES companies. If you behave like this before a job, I can't imagine how they can work.
REMEMBER THAT TIME HAS A VALUE AND IF YOU DO NOT HAVE A RIGHT OR IF YOU DO NOT WANT TO RESPECT IT, YOU CAN ALSO AVOID LOSING TIME TO PEOPLE.
NEVER AGAIN'.

il Sig. Suriano di Blu Clima ed il suo Tecnico Sig. Bruno hanno suggerito ed installato i condizionatori Daikin nella mia vecchia casa, con mia grande soddisfazione a distanza di 7 anni ancora tutto perfettamente funzionante.
In occasione della ristruttrazione della nuova casa li ho chiamati di nuovo ed hanno di nuovo dato prova di grande professionalità ed affidabilità.
