★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale molto gentile e disponibile, ci hanno aiutato sia all'andata che al ritorno con le manovre, addetti diversi nei 2 tragitti, anche in uscita dalla nave oltre che per parcheggiare al meglio il mezzo.
Sala attesa pulita, personale richiamava all'ordine per indossare la mascherina.
Convenzione con alberghi e campeggi elbani, con importanti sconti.
Rispettati orari senza alcun ritardo.
 Very kind and helpful staff, they helped us both on the outward and return journeys with the maneuvers, different employees in the 2 routes, even when exiting the ship as well as to park the vehicle in the best possible way.
Clean waiting room, staff called to order to wear the mask.
Agreement with hotels and campsites in Elba, with important discounts.
Respect timetables without any delay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Confort e servizi al pari delle altre compagnie, ma con prezzi inferiori. Peccato per le poche corse giornaliere, ma comunque effettuate ad orari perfetti sia per l'andata che per il ritorno.
Comfort and services like other companies, but with lower prices. Too bad for the few daily trips, but still made at perfect times for both the outward and return journeys.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avevo prenotato il traghetto ma arrivando due ore prima ho preso il precedente pagando una differenza di 24 euro, 2 persone più auto.
Una volta arrivato a bordo il portone del salone riportava chiaramente il divieto di ingresso ai cani e l' obbligo di indossare mascherina e rispettare il distanziamento, nulla di questo è stato rispettato . Inoltre l'aria condizionata si ê accesa solo in prossimità di Portoferraio. Le operazioni di sbarco e imbarco si sono svolte in maniera semplice e ordinata. Il caffè al bar era buono, costo 1,30€.
I had booked the ferry but arriving two hours earlier I took the previous one paying a difference of 24 euros, 2 people plus car.
Once on board, the door of the salon clearly indicated the prohibition of entry for dogs and the obligation to wear a mask and respect the distance, none of this was respected. Furthermore, the air conditioning was switched on only in the vicinity of Portoferraio. The disembarkation and embarkation operations were carried out in a simple and orderly manner. The coffee at the bar was good, cost € 1.30.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hat alles super geklappt - wir sind gut auf die Insel gebracht worden. Essen an Board relativ hochpreisig, aber man muss ja nichts holen. Haben die Tickets vorher online gebucht. Haben vor Ort keine Tickets in Papierform benötigt, hat mit dem Smartphone super geklappt. Hoffentlich klappt die Rückfahrt auch so gut
Everything worked out great - we were brought to the island well. Food on board is relatively expensive, but you don't have to fetch anything. Booked the tickets online in advance. Didn't need any paper tickets on site, it worked great with the smartphone. Hopefully the return trip will work out just as well

Soprattutto passeggeri tedeschi assolutamente privi di questo mezzo ancora obbligatorio.
Non c'è stato neanche l'annuncio che obbliga a mantenerla e tanto meno personale che controlla.
Within the passenger area, very few people with masks.
Especially German passengers who do not have this still mandatory vehicle.
There was not even the announcement that it obliges to keep it, much less personal that it controls.

Friendly staff, perfect boarding reservations, even contacted by them, very kind, great for coming to the island of Elba.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Initially I was very sceptic when booking my Ticket with Blu Navy based on the reviews.
All I can say that we were very happy with our trip to Elba island. The crew was very efficient and nice based on the few interactions we had. The ship was loaded and unloaded very fast.
The missing 5th star is due to most of the workers not wearing facial mask, no soap in the lavatories and no signs asking people to wear masks which is a no-go during COVID19. Most of the trip we stayed outside and we brought our own desinfect.
