Danni causati da quella chiave: diverse centinaia di euro (perché non era idonea ed è rimasta incastrata nella serratura!) Al danno si aggiunge la beffa: quando abbiamo fatto presente il danno subìto ci è stato risposto: "Perché non avete chiamato noi per la sostituzione? Vi avremmo fatto spendere meno"... Bastava dire che la copia di quella chiave non si poteva fare in negozio, e questa recensione negativa non ci sarebbe! Servizio competente e molto disponibile ad andare incontro alle varie esigenze del cliente. Serietà nel fissare gli appuntamenti per gli interventi e nel rispetto degli orari degli stessi da parte dei tecnici. Tecnici gentili, preparati, ordinati, organizzati negli interventi e pronti a consigliare le varie soluzioni ai problemi rilevati ed il miglior modo di mantenere correttamente in funzione le serrature. Molto buona l'organizzazione nel proporre velocemente le varie soluzioni di prezzo e pagamento. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. In un negozio molto fornito, ho trovato altrettanta cortesia, competenza e professionalità nel personale che mi ha servito con rapidità ad un prezzo onesto. Lo consiglio vivamente. Bravi! Ho portato io una chiave auto da fresare e mi han chiesto di tornare successivamente. Poi mi han fresato semplicemente la mia chiave e mi han chiesto 20€. Alla mia rimostranza mi han detto che son pieni di lavoro e che mi han fatto un piacere a farmi subito. Cliente perso ovviamente.
