★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avevo una sola chiave di una vecchia serratura, e avevo bisogno di altre copie.. mi hanno consigliato di venire qui a casa della CHIAVE e devo dire che il titolare è un mago .. veramente soddisfatto. Di sicuro lo consiglio a chi ne avesse bisogno.

Purtroppo c'è stato un fraintendimento e invece di fare un duplicato della chiave funzionante, si sono fatti lasciare la chiave difettosa. Quando ho cercato di spiegarglielo, l'addetto ha cominciato a dire di sapere fare il suo mestiere e non ha voluto sentire ragioni. Non essendo ascoltato ho cominciato mio malgrado ad inalberarmi, quando bastava sentire le esigenze del cliente. Sarei stato disponibile anche a pagare una nuova chiave, ma purtroppo quando ho provato a rientrare, verso le 17, avevano chiuso la porta.

I would have also been available to pay for a new key, but unfortunately when I tried to return, around 5 pm, they had closed the door.

P.S.: Essere ottimi imprenditori significa anche accettare e imparare anche dalle critiche e dalle recensioni negative per trarne insegnamento x il futuro perché tutti noi abbiamo sempre da imparare nella vita ma vedo che Lei si e' risposto da solo con queste sue considerazioni e vedendo anche gli altri giudizi negativi trovo grande conforto e plauso nelle mie ragioni. E di solito ai clienti si da' del Voi e non del Tu e dei certo non si offende dando del "cafone".
Grazie delle correzioni grammaticali professore dei miei stivali e vedo che comunque non lavora tanto visto che continua a scrivere su internet e a rispondere in malo modo, bisogna che Lei impari l'educazione e legga tutti i giudizi negativi di altri suoi clienti. Le consiglio comunque di optare per una lavoro che non abbia a che fare con la clientela vista la sua simpatia e gentilezza.
