★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima macelleria. Alla fiera di Ragusa avevo richiesto un salame al ceppo. Il ragazzo mi aveva detto che aveva a disposizione l'ultimo pezzo. In realtà aveva terminato i salami al ceppo e, pur di guadagnare altri 5€, mi ha venduto un salame alle nocciole. Ma forse quel che è peggio è che mi ha dato una confezione già aperta, probabilmente utilizzata per gli assaggi. Peccato essermene accorto solo quando sono arrivato a casa. Ho segnalato il disguido telefonando in macelleria e il titolare, invece di riconoscere l'errore e scusarsi, mi ha aggredito dicendomi che per 5€ non avrei dovuto nemmeno disturbarlo. Sconcertante! Da questo momento ha sicuramente perso un cliente. Con questa recensione spero ne perda molti altri!
Bad butchery. At the Ragusa fair I had requested a block salami. The boy told me he had the last piece at his disposal. In reality he had finished the salami al block and, in order to earn another 5 €, he sold me a salami with hazelnuts. But perhaps what is worse is that he gave me an already opened package, probably used for tasting. Too bad I only noticed when I got home. I reported the problem by calling the butcher and the owner, instead of acknowledging the mistake and apologizing, attacked me and told me that for € 5 I shouldn't even bother him. Disconcerting! By this time he has certainly lost a customer. With this review I hope you miss many more!

Recommended, local sausage, dried sausage with pistachio (like salame), and BBQ steak. The butcher is professional clean and well equipped. You can pick up the beers for the BBQ and taste a coarse salt infused beer.
