★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A Palazzolo Acreide nel corso Vittorio Emanuele. Storica e molto conosciuta , frequentata dalla clientela affezionata che si affida all'antica magìa tradizionale del signor Colosa. Niente ammennicoli e modernismi da banconi di supermercato cittadino. Carne e carne, e ovviamente la salsiccia che, buona come in tante macellerie di Palazzolo, offre l'incremento dell'anziano Maestro che lentamente durante la spesa lascia pensare il cliente.
Non per premurosi e indaffarati .
In Palazzolo Acreide in Corso Vittorio Emanuele. Historic and well known, frequented by loyal customers who rely on the ancient traditional magic of Mr. Colosa. No tricks and modernisms from city supermarket counters. Meat and meat, and obviously the sausage which, as good as in many Palazzolo butchers, offers the increase of the elderly Maestro who slowly lets the customer think while shopping.
Not for thoughtful and busy people.

Butcher in the center, produces both black pork sausage (slow food presidium) and traditional sausage with different levels of chilli. Recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buonissima macelleria molto curata e di livello. Quando si entra non si sente alcun odore di carne anzi è molto pulita. La carne molto buona e ha varie tipologie di salsiccia palazzolese.
Very good butchery, very well-kept and of a high standard. When you enter there is no smell of meat in fact it is very clean. The meat is very good and has various types of Palazzolese sausage.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono originario di Palazzolo Acreide ma vivo a Torino da oltre 40 anni, non ho mai spezzato il filo che mi lega, al mio paese anche per la rinomata salsiccia di Palazzolo.
In particolare, con la macelleria Colosa, che mantiene ancora le antiche tradizioni e fa una salsiccia golosissima con passione e maestria. Per non parlare di quella di suino nero di Sicilia, la puoi trovare fresca o semi stagionata che si conserva magnificamente. Piccante, saporita e profumatissima, una bomba.
Io la ordino direttamente da Torino, e vi dico che parenti e amici ne vanno matti.
I am originally from Palazzolo Acreide but I have lived in Turin for over 40 years, I have never broken the thread that binds me to my country also for the renowned Palazzolo sausage.
In particular, with the Colosa butcher, which still maintains the ancient traditions and makes a delicious sausage with passion and skill. Not to mention that of black Sicilian pigs, you can find it fresh or semi-seasoned that keeps beautifully. Spicy, tasty and very fragrant, a bomb.
I order it directly from Turin, and I tell you that relatives and friends are crazy about it.
