Ho provato:
Cervella fritte
Ravioli di anquilla e cavolo viola
Guancialini e pure
Midollo di vitello e tartara di cavallo
Lingua con zucca e castagne
Secreto di maiale iberico e spinaci
Accompagnato da un Borgogna del 2018 eccezionale.
Da tornare presto e provare anche i cocktail!:)
In Piacenza in the evening to try this bistro .. super good decision! The bitter is a convivial place and great for sharing dishes and tasting wines in company!

Veal marrow and horse tartar
Tongue with pumpkin and chestnuts
Secret of Iberian pork and spinach
Accompanied by an exceptional 2018 Burgundy.
