Poi ho scelto l'antipasto di pesce crudo; eccezionale sia nel sapore che nella preparazione del piatto. Come secondo il mupo arrosto; morbido e saporito. Per finire la mousse di ricotta con pistacchio; sublime. Il locale è elegante, raffinato e molto accogliente. C'è una vasta scelta di vini. Il pesce è freschissimo e non di allevamento. Il servizio è impeccabile e i proprietari sono persone simpatiche e soprattutto oneste. At the beginning they brought us the welcome dish which consisted of a potato and mozzarella fondue with asparagus and octopus; delicate and tasty. Then I chose the raw fish appetizer; exceptional both in flavor and in the preparation of the dish. As according to the roast wolf; soft and tasty. To finish the ricotta mousse with pistachio; sublime. The restaurant is elegant, refined and very welcoming. There is a wide selection of wines. The fish is very fresh and not farmed. Il locale e' elegante, l'accoglienza calorosa. Non esitate a farvi consigliare da Giovanni. E' un piacere ascoltarlo mentre descrive i suoi piatti e vi racconta dove, come e da chi il pesce che mangerete e' stato pescato. A lot of class and professionalism. The service is very good and attentive. The wine list is excellent and the prices are fair. If you pass by Reggio, make sure you stop by and book a table in the summer as this place gets busy.
