★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These guys are slow as molasses! I waited 40 minutes for a haircut and in the end decided to leave because there was still someone in front of me, plus they would have probably taken an hour to cut my hair. They probably do a good job from what I saw, but by the time they're done humanity will evolve into another species. Recommended if you have an afternoon to waste.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lifting every inch of its concept from any generic hipster barber shop in London and NY, the only true italian thing about this place is that they let their friends in front of you if you're just a random walk in customer as i was. After 1h and 15min wait I left. I can see they know how to shave, i wish i had a chance to try it. If you're looking for an Italian shave go elsewhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yes a little patience is required but well worth the time soaking in the atmosphere of this eclectic shop with the array of things to look at on the walls. Loved the haircut and the entire experience was relaxed and unhurried.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went here on the morning of my wedding. Although the waiting time was much longer than promised (about 1hr longer!), i'm blaming that on "Italy time". Make sure you're not in a hurry when you go here. The service was very friendly and thorough, the shave very close and clean. It's €25 for an Italian Shave. Would recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely friendly barbers, probably the best barbers in Tuscany. Very professional, attentive and kind, it is so relaxing, almost zen like in its mediative stillness, they had to wake me up with a perfect espresso!
