★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non posso giudicare la qualità del lavoro svolto poiché, dopo più di un mese, e dopo svariati solleciti non sono riuscito ad avere neppure il preventivo per il cambio telo della mia tenda nonostante avessi specificato nella mail di richiesta anche le misure del telo. Per quello che riguarda questa è una grande mancanza di professionalità e di rispetto nei confronti del cliente.
I cannot judge the quality of the work done because, after more than a month, and after several reminders, I was unable to even get the quote for the change of my tent cloth despite having also specified the measures of the cloth in the request email. As far as this is concerned, it is a great lack of professionalism and respect towards the customer.
