Im Hinterhof eines Hauses befindet sich eine liebevoll eingerichtete Brauwerkstatt. Und im wahrsten Sinne des Wortes wird hier noch (Brau-)Handwerk betrieben.
Als wir den Hofladen betraten, sahen wir den Braumeister Flaschen abfüllen und eine junge Dame im Laden etikettierte gerade Flaschen per Hand ?.
Im kleinen aber feinen Biergarten wurden wir dann liebevoll begrüßt und mit Bier versorgt.
Es passt einfach alles zusammen und das Bier sticht aus der Masse heraus! ? muss man probiert haben!
Wir kommen wieder! ??♂️

A lovingly furnished brewing workshop is located in the back yard of a house. And (brewing) craft is still practiced here in the truest sense of the word.
When we entered the farm shop, we saw the master brewer filling bottles and a young lady in the shop was labeling bottles by hand ?.
In the small but fine beer garden, we were warmly welcomed and supplied with beer.
Everything just fits together and the beer stands out from the crowd! ? you have to try it!
We will be back! ??♂️

They got the Hopfen from Bamberg (German city of beer in Bavaria) and the variety is amazing! The stuff is so so so friendly an caring. They even labeled the beer for us short before closing time. Definitely go there, taste the beer and then buy a bunch of this amazing stuff! Also a great present or souvenir. But be careful, it could make you addicted ;)
