Subito dopo la prima ondata della pandemia eravamo tornati con grande entusiasmo e già eravamo stati delusi. Ma siamo stati clementi perché pensavamo appunto fosse un problema momentaneo visto la chiusura avuta durante la pandemia. Oggi possiamo dire che è addirittura peggio, Penso di non aver mangiato mai ribs peggiori di quelle che ho mangiato questa sera. 1cm (e non scherzo) di grasso , sapevano di rolata , la bbq manco si vedeva, erano fredde e per niente morbide il tutto con probabilmente mezzo kg d 'olio. I 14 euro peggio spesi. Senza contare che per fare ribs e un panino, anche questo pessimo, abbiamo aspettato una vita. Al momento è un posto che potrei consigliare al mio peggior nemico! E mi dispiace, 4/5 anni fa, era top! 15April2022 We wanted to try again, but it was best avoided. Immediately after the first wave of the pandemic, we returned with great enthusiasm and were already disappointed. But we were lenient because we thought it was a temporary problem given the closure that occurred during the pandemic. Today we can say that it is even worse, I think I've never eaten worse ribs than I ate tonight. 1cm (and I'm not kidding) of fat, they tasted of rolata, the bbq could not even be seen, they were cold and not soft at all, all with probably half a kg of oil. The worst spent 14 euros. Not to mention that to make ribs and a sandwich, even this bad, we waited a lifetime. At the moment it is a place I could recommend to my worst enemy! And I'm sorry, 4/5 years ago, it was top!

Ampio dehor con angolo giochi per i bambini, è possibile gustare una delle numerose birre che producono in loco. Buona qualità del cibo proposto, soprattutto della carne, di buona qualità è ben cucinata{ci sono anche proposte vegetariane} . Ottime anche le patate. Prezzi nella media. Personale cortese e disponibile. L'ideale per passare una serata diversa del solito. Super consigliato. Brewery with brasserie, a place in the mountains that offers you artisanal beer and quality meat. Large outdoor area with a play corner for children, you can enjoy one of the many beers produced on site. Good quality of the food proposed, especially of the meat, of good quality and well cooked {there are also vegetarian proposals}. The potatoes are also excellent. Average prices. Staff courteous and helpful. Ideal for spending a different evening than usual. Super recommended.
S	Sebastiano Oddo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ All' aperto, sotto tendoni e gazebo, non è l' ideale in considerazione del fatto che quest'anno alle piogge si affiancano spesso dei venti che spingono l'acqua anche al di sotto dei ripari. Ma tutto ciò non impedisce alla Brasserie di Soralama di essere molto frequentata anche durante le serate piovose. Credo che questo sia in gran parte dovuto alla cortesia e alla gentilezza del personale che serve al tavolo dei cibi di qualità impeccabile accompagnati da grandi birre prodotte nel fabbricato a fianco elegantemente ristrutturato per ospitare l'omonimo birrificio. I prezzi non sono tra i più economici ma il rapporto qualità prezzo regge perfettamente la concorrenza per l'alta qualità dei cibi e delle birre. Outdoors, under awnings and gazebos, it is not ideal considering the fact that this year the rains are often accompanied by winds that push the water even under the shelters. But all this does not prevent the Soralama Brasserie from being very busy even during rainy evenings. I believe this is largely due to the courtesy and kindness of the staff who serve impeccable quality food at the table accompanied by great beers produced in the building next door, elegantly renovated to house the brewery of the same name. The prices are not among the cheapest but the value for money perfectly holds up the competition for the high quality of the food and beers.

A vista gli strumenti per la lavorazione della birra che conferiscono un'atmosfera molto particolare. Menù ricco di piatti e panini,ma grande attenzione a Sua Maestà La Birra,con ampia scelta di gradazione, corposità e gusto,da soddisfare anche i palati più esigenti. Servizio rapido, veloce e attento Prezzi equi. Nice very nice. Easy to find (on the main road) and a well-kept reception loft. At sight the tools for the brewing of beer that give a very special atmosphere. Menu full of dishes and sandwiches, but great attention to Sua Maestà La Birra, with a wide choice of alcohol content, body and taste, to satisfy even the most demanding palates. Quick, fast and attentive service Fair prices.
